Plantain momos!

Hello everyone! Today, I’m gonna be talking about plantain Momos, a snack my mom invented. You may have heard of plantain fritters, but Plantain Momos are very different. To make Plantain Momos first take plantain, then you steam it, then you make it into dough by adding whole-grain wheat breadcrumbs, and salt. Then, you make the dough into balls and add coconut filling inside them. Then you want to fry using an air fryer. The flavor can be enhanced by adding cardamom or raisins. Even without adding those it is delicious. Plantain and coconut are two of the most commonly used ingredients in Indian cooking. Especially in the Malabar area , these snacks are extremely popular. You can find it almost everywhere.Plantain and coconuts sure are popular!
