Hello everyone! Today I’m talking about bubble tea, my mom’s second favourite drink. The first is a cappuccino. Bubble tea is a drink where tapioca is rolled into bite sized balls, then boiled and flavoured. They are usually flavoured with honey or brown sugar.) Then you add it to milk tea (any flavour is good) and the final product is a drink that isn’t to sweet, and a bit creamy. The people who designed the Avatar, the last air bender comics actually put a reference to bubble tea in the end of The Promise:Part Three. Here, I’ll show it to you.
To think that the creators of Avatar made was put way back in time from the world right now, and Uncle Iroh made bubble tea! They even added that he thought he was “a man ahead of my time”. He truly was ahead of his time.
