A few weeks ago, we went to Tatsu’s Bread. It’s a Japanese bakery located in Toronto. I am not sure if the owners are Japanese, but my mom is saying so:)
My favourite baked goods are cheese sticks. Cheese sticks are essentially baguettes covered with melted cheese and some kind of spice.I think it’s basil. The bakery also sell other things. For example, they also sell tea. On a scale of 1 to 10, my rating for this bakery is 9/10. I dock a point for too little cheese on the sticks. A little bit more would mean a 10/10. The address for this incredible bakery is 3180 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke. Quick tip, do go there looking for some milk bread. They sell it there.
The place smells nice! They also have a nice decoration on their tables outside. It’s a piece of bread with a Canadian flag stuck on the top.
I think it was very creative of them.
