Professor Curry Leaf

Hello! Today’s blog post includes a special interview with Professor Curry leaf (PCL), an expert on curry leaf trees. It took me a long time to organize this interview, so I hope you enjoy.

Me: Hello Professor!

PCL: Hello there Blogger.

Me: You should know I’ve called you here to tell us a little bit about curry leaves or at least their trees.

PCL: Well you called the right person! I’m a world famous expert on Murraya koenigii.

Me: What?

PCL: Murraya koenigii is curry leaf tree.

Me: That makes it more clear. So, how long does it take for a Murraya koenigii plant to grow up?

PCL: It takes about 2 years, but after that they’ve matured and from that point they don’t need much attention.

Me: I  never knew that. My next question is  how good are Curry leaf plants during cold months?

PCL: Curry leaf plants don’t do very good in the cold, so if you’re in places like Canada, America or Europe where it goes below freezing in the winter, keep them warm indoors.

Me:  Sometimes people get very attached to their plant friends. Does that happen with a Curry leaf plant?

PCL: The only case I know that it’s happened was my first one. My grandparents got really attached to their curry leaf plant, but it all turned out well. They treated the plant as if it was part of our family, they treated it well, and kept it safe.

Me: Those were all the questions. I hope you can come back sometime.

PCL: Me too. I liked this Interview. I hope to see you again. Bye!

Me: Bye!
